Have you ever been driving in O'Learys Kista Event Center? If you do, then you should know, that typical Drop-In on this track powered by Gear 3. Technically that means power limiter on all gokarts. But there is also Gear 4 (with no limiter), which is switched on only during special events. And this is what gonna happen in GoKart PRIX Final.
There is a clause, if A Final drivers qualify below 29,7 sec, then they will drive on Gear 4, which is much different from Gear 3. More engine power, higher max speed, hence another braking points and a few things to do with trajectory.
It should be a real intriguing race since there're more than 2 contenders who can become the 2015 GoKart PRIX Champion. The closest to the title is Karlis Ligeris - 6 stages, 5 podiums, 2 wins. Only 6 points away from him is fighting the Hyrkart Utmaning's (ex-GoKart PRIX) reigning Champion Anatoly Hramov - 7 stages and 4 podiums so far this season. He's tightly followed by Martin Brzezinka - 5 stages, 2 podiums, 2 wins and only 9 points behind the leader. There might be mathematical chances for Viktor Gars - 6 stages, 2 podiums, 1 win (-14 points) and even for Martin Krus - 3 stages, 3 podiums, 2 wins (-16 points).
As always, top 6 of the drivers will be awarded with medals and all of participants will get points into the Championship. Come and join us as driver or as spectator! You can get the real fun in a modern gokart track facility at O'Learys Kista Event Center!
