Videos of those incidents also provided.

Incident 1 – #12 Bart van Wijngaarden vs #14 Martin Brzezinka

No/Driver: #12 Bart van Wijgaarden

Session: Semi-Final Group 1

Referees: Anatoly Hramov; Igor Scavlev; Karlis Baumanis

Fact: Incident between gokarts: 12 and 14. Causing avoidable collision.

Offense: Confirm that driver #12 disobeyed paragraph 1.9.2.1. of current Regulations by causing collision with driver #14 and pushing opponent out of racing line.

Decision: No further actions.

Comment: In this situation #12 was responsible for colliding with #14 and pushing him off the apex. However, because of this incident #12 didn’t gain any advantage and even lost one position. After a long discussion referees have decided not to issue an official warning, but give an advice not to practice this type of move anymore.

Fact: Incident between gokarts: 14 and 13. Causing avoidable collision.

Offense: Confirm that driver #14 disobeyed paragraph 1.9.2.1. of current Regulations by causing collision with driver #13 and pushing opponent out of racing line.

Decision 1: Issue an official WARNING to driver Martin Brzezinka which is mentioned in paragraph 1.9.3.1. of current Regulations.

Incident 3 – #15 Igor Scavlev vs #12 Andreas Oldeskog

No/Driver: #15 Igor Scavlev

Session: Semi-Final Group 2

Referees: Anatoly Hramov; Bart van Wijngaarden; Karlis Baumanis

Fact: Incident between gokarts: #15 and #12. Pushing off the track.

Offense: Driver #12 found himself going off the track after exiting the turn side-by-side with driver #15.

Decision: No further actions.

Comment: All referees agreed that #15 left enough space for #12 in the turn 1 exit. #12 appeared on the grass carrying too much speed for fitting into this gap. Strange that this track isn’t equipped with a curb in this spot that would help #12 not lose his grip.
